The MHA-100 has three channels, 1x optional integral PIR sensor, 2x alarm channels from wired PIR sensors. A PCB jumper sets the delayed entry channel to ether the internal PIR sensor, or
Ch2.  The alarm operates off a 12v dc supply, battery charged from mains, or solar power. It’s armed by our unique MagKey and the alarm status is displayed with an LED. The alarm panel is very compact, being approximately 120mm x 120mm x 40mm.

💤 Standby Mode
In Standby Mode, the alarm does not trigger when sensors detect movement. This mode is ideal while the area is occupied.
Panic buttons remain active in standby.
The status LED shows when any sensor channel is active, making it especially useful for testing and setup.
🔒 Armed Mode
In Armed Mode, the system is activated when leaving the house.

A 20‑second exit delay allows you to leave the area before the alarm engages.

During this delay, motion sensors ignore movement.

A double siren chirp signals that the system is about to arm.

Once armed, the alarm will trigger instantly if movement is detected by external sensors or if a panic button is pressed.
The Mini House Alarm is designed to provide low cost protection to smaller houses, apartments, garden flats, and out buildings
